🗑️ Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Tija Kids account.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including household information, children's profiles, tasks, rewards, and transaction history will be permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account and profile information
- All children's profiles in your household
- Task history and completions
- Rewards and redemption history
- TijaBucks balance and transactions
- Savings goals and progress
- Badges and achievements
- Guardian and co-parent connections
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Tija Kids app
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm by entering your password or PIN
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 30 days as required by data protection laws.
📧 Send Deletion RequestAfter Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- You will be logged out of all devices
- Your data cannot be recovered
- Any active premium subscription will be cancelled
- You can create a new account with the same email if you change your mind
